  I wouldn't even give this a one due to the fact that we didn't even get to eat. we had a reservation for 7 at 630. we arrived at 625 we waited till 700 after being told when we asked how much longer several times "just a few more minutes" and also was given the excuse that other parties have been there for 3 1/2 hours(not my problem) we later found out there was a party with a reservation at 6 that still was not seated so we decided to leave. very poor planning and management. the other hibachi restaurant we originally wanted to go to in town told us they were booked and couldn't give us a reservation and saved us a wait... mitsuba can definitely take some lessons in management skills...its will be a long time before i ever go back if at all!

  The suhsi rolls is alright, pretty standard. Hibachi is pretty fun, and good portion of food. Missing 1 star is because this is the first Japanese restaurant charged me for tea. lol, really? 2 dollars for hot tea?
